VarYar Warranty — What's Covered
1 Year, Device-Wide Coverage
Every VarYar product comes with a mandatory 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, battery and firmware issues (including a free battery replacement if its capacity drops below 75% within the warranty), and damage that occurs during dispatch or delivery, completely free of charge.
The warranty covers genuine product faults that arise during normal use. If an issue is caused by accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, or other circumstances outside normal use, it may fall outside the standard warranty.
If Something Isn't Right, We're Here to Help
Each product page lists its recommended operating conditions and temperature range so you know what your VarYar product is designed to handle.
If you're using the product normally and within those recommended conditions, and it develops a genuine performance or reliability issue, we'll take a look at it and, where the issue is covered by the warranty, repair or replace it at no cost to you.
If your product isn't performing as expected compared with its published specifications or normal tested performance, just reach out to us. We'll diagnose the issue and work with you to get it sorted.
Accidental or Liquid Damage
Drops, spills, liquid exposure, impacts, or damage caused by mishandling aren't covered under the standard free warranty.
That doesn't mean you're on your own. Our service team can still help with repairs or replacement where available, with any applicable service or replacement charge depending on the extent of the damage. We'll let you know the applicable charge before carrying out paid service.
Engraved & Customised Products
Since engraved and customised products are made specifically for you, they aren't eligible for return or exchange simply because you change your mind or no longer want the product.
Your warranty stays fully intact, though. If a genuine covered defect appears, we'll service the product completely free of charge under the applicable warranty terms. Customisation doesn't cost you your warranty coverage.

How long does the Immaculate Mini last on a charge?
Up to 6 hours of listening with ANC on and 8 hours with it off on a single charge. With the charging case, total battery is 24 hours with ANC.
Does the Mini have the Shruti MAX processor?
No. The Mini has a single Shruti processor. The Duet and Studio carry two Shruti MAX processors, one for each ear.

Can I change my configuration after ordering?
Yes, until it goes into the build queue — usually the first few hours after checkout. Open the order in your VarYar account and pick "Change configuration". Once Immaculate Mini has been built, or engraved, the configuration is fixed.
What does the warranty actually cover?
One year from purchase against defects in materials, hardware and workmanship under normal use, with free repair or replacement, including a free battery replacement if capacity drops below 75%. It doesn't cover accidental or liquid damage, unauthorised repairs, or wear and tear. VarYar Ensure Tricleon extends that by twelve months; Tricleon Plus extends it by eighteen. How do returns work?
Once shipped, delivery cannot be cancelled, and once delivered, return without valid cause† won't be accepted. If Immaculate Mini arrives damaged on our side — during supply, packing or delivery — tell us within fourteen days of delivery and we'll send a replacement and collect the damaged unit at no cost to you.
Is my VarYar account needed to use it?
You can use Immaculate Mini straight out of the box without one. An account is what unlocks the extras: firmware updates, your ensure plan, order history and support that already knows what you bought.

Exchange value is subject to VarYar's exchange programme terms and to a device inspection at the time of exchange. The product must be in working condition, with no unrepaired damage, and must include proof of purchase. Final exchange value depends on the product's condition and is not guaranteed.
Prioritised troubleshooting gives Tricleon members priority access to VarYar support through the Tricleon queue; Tricleon Plus members get more priority within it. Response times may vary with demand and are not guaranteed. Guidance and the in-depth health and diagnostic report are free for every customer, including after the warranty period.
Battery guarantee: if the battery’s capacity, as measured by VarYar’s diagnostic report, falls below 75% of its original capacity under normal use within the coverage period (12 months standard, 24 with Tricleon, 30 with Tricleon Plus), VarYar replaces it at no charge.
†Valid cause for return. For the purposes of these terms, a return after delivery will be considered only where (a) the Immaculate Mini was damaged on VarYar's side during supply, packing or delivery and VarYar is notified within fourteen (14) days of delivery; (b) the product or configuration delivered differs from the product or configuration ordered, including a different model, colour or case; or (c) the product has a genuine manufacturing, battery or firmware defect covered by the VarYar warranty, in which case the remedy is a warranty repair or replacement in accordance with the warranty terms. Change of mind, no longer wanting the product, and damage arising after delivery from drops, spills, liquid exposure, impact or mishandling do not constitute a valid cause. Engraved and customised products are made to order and are not eligible for return on the ground of change of mind; the warranty on such products remains unaffected. Nothing in this note limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
